Limited to 12 participants and the lectures would be by zoom on Monday 6th and Tuesday 7th September at 7.30pm.
The practical part of the course will be 6 x Sunday classes from 2.30 – 4.30, starting 12th September in Ballyshannon pool.
Price will be €250 euro with a deposit of €150.
